Therapy for adults
We offer a range of therapeutic input to neurodiverse adults, with co-occurring conditions such as anxiety and low mood. This may involve working one-to-one with the individual, with families or employers to create change.
Our therapy aims to empower the individual to harness their strengths and support them to develop a toolkit of strategies to enhance their resilience, self-esteem and wellbeing.
We offer psychological interventions using cognitive behavioural therapy and systemic therapy. Sessions last 50 minutes and are usually commissioned in blocks of 6 sessions. We work face-to-face or remotely.
Therapy sessions are £130/50 minute session. Please note we have a limited number of low-cost therapy slots available.
*Please note that we are unable to offer emergency support if there is risk of harm. Clients should approach their GP for guidance in an emergency.*
